I'm looking for a couple of teams in the Hull area to take part in my new hybrid sport, which is using the working title of footby. The game is played by two teams of 10 players with a spherical ball on a rugby league pitch. There are varying levels of contact depending on which position you play. Various elements are taken from football, rugby, Australian rules, as well as including some original ideas. I'll put up a more detailed version of the rules soon, but now I'm just gauging interest.

After watching a few Gaelic football games, I can see quite a few similarities with that too. Obviously it still has it's own unique elements

I've attached a copy of the rules, if anyone's interested to see

I'm not near enough to join you - but I am trying to drum up interest and would like to see some video of how the sport is supposed to be played. Reading through the rules is one thing, but it would be nice to see it in action to ensure that we adhere to the spirit of the game.
