Unplug it for bout 15 mins then replug it in and it should do th trick
Also remove the card when you unplug it

Found this on the sky forums might do the trick

*Carry out this procedure only do the second part if you have to because you will lose your recordings.
*
1. Power the box off at the mains power supply.
3. Locate the backup button on the front/top of the box.
4. Press and hold in the Backup button, and while doing this switch the box back on at the mains supply.
5. Continue to hold the Backup button after you have powered on, you should see within 60 seconds 3 more lights come on the front of the box? At this stage you can release the Backup button.
6. If you have 4 lights lit, it means the box is going through the forced download procedure. Leave for 15 minutes then try to see if your Issue is resolved.
*
If that fails then the next step will be a front panel reset (This will reformat the hard drive losing all saved recordings):
*
1. Power the box off at the mains power supply.
2. Locate the left and right arrow buttons either side of the select button on the front/top of the box.
3. Press and hold both the left and right arrow buttons in together, and while holding power the box back on and continue to hold the buttons after the red light comes back on.
4. Continue to hold the buttons, you should see within 60 seconds, the blue/green circle light in the centre of the box light up a full circle.
5. Let go the buttons then press select button on the box twice.
6. You should see the blue/green circle light moving anti-clockwise and the record and play lights in the centre flashing on/off.
7. Once the lights go off, the box will have rebooted and you will now only have the red standby light lit on the box.
8. If you can now wait 2 minutes before switching the box back on from standby to see if the fault has resolved

will try in 15 mins
Press Back Up & TV Guide - this works for me.

It will take you to the TV Guide and the Sky Help Channel.

Press back up again and the Sky Help Channel will appear in full screen.

Then type in the channel you wish to watch.

Lemme know how it goes yeah
For resetting your Sky HD box, you have to follow below mentioned steps:

1. Firstly you have to Switch off your “Sky HD box” completely by unplugging it from the mains.

2. If other devices such as TV is connected to the box, turn them “off” or “unplug” it from the mains.

3. Confirm the power light on the front of your Sky HD box to be off and also check if other connected devices are switched “off”.

4. On the box, press and hold down the left and right arrow buttons. You can see these buttons on the front panel of the box.

5. Continue pressing down the left and right arrow buttons on the Sky box.

6. Re plug Sky HD box to the mains and keep on pressing down the left and right arrow buttons.

7. Hold down the left and right arrow button for up to sixty seconds until the recording and playbackcircle on the box illuminates

8. If the light is not illuminated on the recording and playback circle, repeat the above steps

9. Now release the“left and right arrow buttons” from the top panel of the box.

10. Tap the “select”button twice on the box. It is situated between the “left and right arrow”buttons.

11. Now the box will perform a “system reset”. It may take few minutes

12. After the “system reset” is completed, the box will switch off automatically and only “single red light” will be illuminated.

13. After four minutes, reconnect your other devices with the Sky HD box.

14. To switch on your Sky HD box, press “sky” on the remote and a green light will be displayed on the front panel of the box.
