Umm, I was in Year 3 so, 9 or 10 years old.
I have no idea
I'm now -2.00 in both eyes
All of the time, contacts on special events.
I can't find them online but they are Roxy with black and white detailing on the arms.

Is it weird that I don't even know my own persciption? Maybe +1.5...
Hasn't changed, as far as I can tell.

When I was 18 loool.

I'd had problems with reading the board etc for a few years and I finally went and got my eyes checked.

Wear 1.00/1.25 glasses now just when I'm watching tv or whatever long distance.

I have no idea, but it was pretty damn weak.

Haven't been to the optician's in ages. Going to go soon though. The last time I went it was like 1.5 in my left eye and 1.75 in the right.

well according to my contact lens boxes, my right is -5.0 and my left is -6.25, though I'm sure my glasses are a stronger prescription :colondollar:

I wear contacts all day and then put my glasses on in the evening when my eyes are tired

I think I was 14. Pretty sure it was in year 9, so 14 sounds about right.

-0.25 in my left eye, -0.50 in my right eye.

-1.00 in my left, -2.00 in my right.

As a general rule, I wear my contacts on weekdays, glasses on weekends, but I like to mix it up a bit sometimes XD

-4ish (I'm due an eye test, it's been a couple of years since I had one, so it might well be worse)

All the time; contacts on special occasions, but have dry eyes so can't wear them for too long at a time - even with "dry eye" contact lenses!

1. When I was 8, and my parents asked me to read a sign. I replied "what sign" because I coudln't see it had writing on it.

1. When did you find out you needed to wear glasses?
7 years old I think. We had a nurse come into school and do our checks and I was told then that I needed them. No one had picked up on it before. They just thought I sat at the front of the class because I liked it there. I didn't know that what I saw was different to what everyone else saw.
2. What was your prescription then?
I don't know but I was amazed when I looked through them for the first time. It was like a whole different world. I could see the signs in the supermarket and see the bricks in the buildings when I was not next to them.
3. What is it now?
Worse than they were but they haven't changed for a year or two. I have problems seeing the top letter on the letter chart thing.
4. When do you wear your glasses?
All the time

I think I was about 9, but didn't actually get glasses until I was 12 or something, because I didn't want to have to wear them lol No idea what my prescription was back then, probably like -1.50, but now it's -3.50. I wear contacts mostly when I have to leave my house, if I'm just staying at home then I'll wear glasses.
