can 'normal' guys ever find a small chest attractive?

Me and my friend were talking earlier about 'niche' fetishes that guys have (after reading an article about guys who like obese women) - and she said something that really offended me "Yeah there's a fetish for everything, even like...flat chested women". I then started to wonder whether to find a small chest attractive, the guy would have to be some sort of deviant. I've read other things about only "paedos" liking small chests etc - which I find very hurtful.
So basically, is it possible for guys to like a small chest without having some sort of weird fetish?. I mean, I know there's porn websites dedicated to flat chested women..but this doesn't particularly make me feel much better as there are also websites dedicated to morbidly obese, hairy women and granny porn

I really don't think you have much to worry about. When you're butt naked in front of any normal hot blooded male he won't care about your breast size.
Although I know it's personal preference for men on what size they prefer, if they find a girl's appearance and personality attractive then they are not going to worry about whether you have mosquito bites or melons on your chest. If he does care, then he's clearly not worth your time.

It depends. Completely flat, like not needing to wear a bra would probably be a niche fetish. Anything bigger than that is pretty normal to like.
Also, I'm not talking small boobs as in B/C cups, I mean 30A/32AA. Basically, not completely flat (as in never developed) but a very small amount of breast tissue and no cleavage.

Breasts are a tiny piece of a woman's attractiveness, at least for me. Proportion is better than sheer size for a start. Secondly I think women make more of it than men do, I see it loads, women feeling unattractive because they have a small chest and that sort of thing. Men do bang on about massive tits but I honestly think it's more observational than lust and partly down to "lad" culture e.g. "wheeeey get ya tits out" etc...
I'm blown away nobody actually gave logical answers as to why small chested girls are great. A huge reason is outside of clothing many large breasts don't look nearly as attractive as when in clothing, where as smaller breasts still look wonderful. Another reason would be how the breasts look with age, I don't want to marry a girl who in 30 years will have breasts that have sagged to her knees. With small breasts that's not a issue they remain perky with age. As far as I see it loving small breasts is not weird, it's smart.

What? You like people for their virtues, one of the things I and most other human beings like is for our partners to be attractive to us, there is nothing wrong with this, It would be wrong for me to enter a relationship with someone I don't like, that won't work out will it? So there is nothing wrong with liking someone for being smart.

You do, you choose the partner you want, just like you choose what you want to buy, instead of paying with money you pay your partner with your own virtues, for example I'm incredibly charming, thus I offer that to my partners in return they may offer me social status, companionship or physical satisfaction. Likely, a combination.

Having been to German spas where you see a range of ages and sizes of women without clothes, I can understand this point of view. And breasts are not the only part of a womans body that a man will find attractive.
It seems tough on the guy who speaks up in preference for smaller boobs and then finds himself accused of being a closet paedo! Whilst there are a minority for whom it's a deal-breaker, I genuinely think whilst most guys have a preference about boob-size it's normally such a low-intensity preference that it is far outweighed by other things.
