Petroleum Engineering

I have 4 D's in my A-levels sciences subject. I want to apply for petroleum engineering. Can anyone recommend me a good university with these grades? Though I have good grades in my O-levels.

O'levels are equivalent to GCSE exams.

I just looked through an Olevel paper out of curiosity, the chemistry olevel is A LOT harder than the GCSE I did..
