plz explain briefly the steps to solve this ....
It might help to have a better diagram, where OB looks more like it equals BC.

Start by marking what you know. Which lines have equal length? Which angles are equal? Then see what you can work out from there.

There is no ACY

as gohstwalker says .... Mark all angles that you know
