There are so many choices regarding going to University, I'm just not sure what is the right choice for me.
I started on a Law degree, but had to leave due to personal reasons. I'm looking to go back in September 2013. Initially I was going to go to Croydon College, facilitated by London Met as I'd spoken to them and they said they'd give me an unconditional offer if I apply. So, I applied via UCAS.
After applying I felt that, as this is my last opportunity to gain a degree, why should I go to one of the worst Universities? I'm better than that.
So, I added UCL, Kings College, Greenwich and BPP to my UCAS application.
My problem now is that I am now aware that I'm unable to get full time funding for a whole degree, which is a big issue for me. I can get funding for possibly the 3rd year. I can also get funding for a full part time degree though.
So I've now decided that, after wasting £23, I want to go to Greenwich or BPP via part time (it's only an extra one year, and that means I have less modules to concentrate on, so I should get higher marks!).
I think I'm aiming more towards Greenwich as I have taken a look at the societies they have, and there are a handful I'd join. I also like the fact it is more of a campus than BPP. At Greenwich I can complete the degree during the day for 4 years. I would feel like a full time student, just doing a smaller amount of modules in each year - this is a big plus for me as it'd enable me to concentrate more on the modules to get higher marks.
I just need Greenwich to send me the offer, so that I can stop worrying and concentrate on getting some work experience during this time before going back in to studying.
I just needed to get this out as I feel like I'm going crazy!
