If you want the bearing of A from B

You draw a line from B to A

You also draw a line straight up the page from B (this is your North line)

Then you measure the angle between the lines

You will see that there are 2 angles (usually one big and one small) you want the angle to the RIGHT of your North line

okay thx, now it sais point c is south west of A and west of B. Mark the position of C on the diagram??:confused:

Do you know the points of the compass?

Imagine a compass at B ... draw a line going West

Imagine a compass at A ... draw a line going South West

Where your lines meet is C

Make sure to always draw a north line and measure clockwise aswell:biggrin:
