Do people actually care who repped them? hmm I don't think I would mind too much unless it was like 40 negative, also if it was for something justified/ a genuine argument that I would be pretty peeved off. The only thing is that if you send people PM's asking why they neg repped you surely they will just be tempted to do it more...well I suppose then you could just neg rep them :pierre:
