I don't jog to lose weight :no: I am slim and always have been :yep: Just improving my fitness :pierre: Although I am also planning to bulk up >_< Hopefully my jogging doesn't effect that :grumble:

I am about 5ft8 and weigh between 10 and a half to 11 stone :beard: Yet I have almost no body fat :cool:
It's probably you have heavy bones of your bones :yep:
