C2 circles

Prove that the circle (x−3)2+(y−5)2=4(x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=4 touches the circle x2+(y−1)2=9x^2+(y-1)^2=9
Any ideas on how to even start this off?

I'd show that the sum of the two radii equals the distance between their centres.
