For C3 edexcel, do we have to learn how to derive the differential of sec, cot and cosec ?? Will be asked to dervive these in the exam?

Yes your normally asked to derive them using the quotient rule
for example sec x = 1 / cos x
let u = 1 and v = cos x
so use d(u/v)/dx = ( v (du/dx) - u (dv/dx)) / (v^2)
