I'm pretty sure it would be

Nous avions une piscine près du parc

or

Nous avons une piscine près du parc

depending on if you have or had a swimming pool.

It should be translated as:

We used to have a swimming pool near the park :-)

But yes in that case it would be Nous avions une piscine près du parc because as the previous poster said de le= du

You should only use the 'du' not the 'du le' because 'du' means of THE, to THE etc.
