Ooh just remembered something! I went on a school trip to Italy because I was learning Italian. Whilst we were there we were having lessons at this international Italian learning school and the night before our last lesson, there was a huge fire and our school burnt down!

- We regularly had letters to take home about the local flashes in the area.
- Everyone in the school (girls) loved this geography substitute teacher, he was eventually hired by the school to only be sacked for being caught watching porn on his laptop in a classroom. It also went round the school that he was having "relations" with one of the older girls.
- One of the oldest teachers in the school (history teacher) got really drunk on a school trip and came and gave goodnight kisses to everyone on the trip.
- A few girls had pregnancy "scares" which looking back on them were hilarious.
- Someone once forgot to put underwear on and freaked out when she realised. (Not really scandalous, but funny)

My school (which ironically sits atop the Sunday Times best state schools list, among many others) had one teacher a few years ago who showed porn to some students. Jailed for paedophilia, which is outrageous in my opinion, but nevertheless it's the biggest scandal of recent years.

The only one I can think of is this. He was my music teacher at the time and really liked one of my friends (nothing happened with her though, thankfully).
Apart from that, my school life has been fairly quiet :tongue:

Our Head of Sixth has done this - apparently he's an English examiner and he writes the paper, and he actually teaches the course. He's not been wrong so far, though.

My RE teacher nearly touched me during my last lesson and goes "I will miss you dearly, you are a clever student" and then goes "I would touch you but it is against my teachers right"

I wouldn't necessarily be scared, like I wouldn't cry or anything but I would take the matter forward to the head etc

I can't remember anything exciting that happened at this school (at least not while I've been in it), but something fairly interesting happened at my former school. Abridged version:

My old math teacher divorced his wife and ended up in a relationship with my old history teacher, who was also recently divorced. (Whether this was an affair or not I can't say, as I don't know when the whole thing began, but I'd bet it probably was.) My math teacher ended up with custody of his kids; his wife killed herself over it. Now the two teachers live together... presumably with the kids. Also, I might as well add that there was no hint of chemistry ever and these are really the LAST people I'd ever expect to get together. Then again, maybe I simply missed it, as I was still pretty young at the time I had them both.

Happened three years after I had them. Scandalous, but sad.
