what should i snack while doing studying ?

I snack alot while studying stuff like chocolate,crisp mainly fatty foods like chips and chocolate
what should i snack instead

I'm a huge fan of grapes :smile: Or rice waffles, they have a lot less calories.

The best things are going to be foods that give you slow-releasing energy to keep you more alert. High-sugar snacks will give you a momentary boost but can leave you feeling more lethargic later on, making it harder to study.
Try things such as:
Nuts
Dried fruit
Air-popped popcorn
Fruit - bananas are particularly good
Apples with peanut butter
Slice of wholewheat toast with peanut butter or cottage cheese or avocado spread on top
String cheese
Seeds (pumpkin seeds have a lot of zinc which has been linked to improved memory!)
Guacamole or low-fat hummus with veggie sticks
Fruit smoothie

Chamomile tea and green tea are also great to drink as they are known to ease stress which may be particularly helpful!

I'm a sucker for crudites with raita or hummus. Deliciously crunchy and surprisingly refreshing whilst not being too harsh on the diet :smile:
