Applying Second Time.

Hello,
Basically I applied last year for student finance but decided to do a third year at sixth form when I recieved my results. I'm applying for student finance again this year and I can't remember my customer reference number or password. Also I can't make a new application. Should I ring student finance in order to get this information?
