Awkward situation op, but there's not much you can do about it. Doubt she cares very much, infact she'll probably be even more embarrassed. Even if people do find out, it's not as if 90% of people your age don't masturbate. Just laugh it off and get on with it, seriously it isn't as big an issue as your mind would have you believe.

Just try not to take it too seriously, otherwise things could end up being awkward between the two of you. Just make a sarcastic joke about it or something, and then move on. I doubt she will care, obviously she's knows it's normal, and it'll only become awkward if you take it too seriously and have a long apologetic conversation about it.
