We're given the first 2 equations and asked to find the enthalpy change of the 3rd.

This is what I came up with:

I don't know how to get rid of the 3/2 O2 and the 1/2 O2.

Flip equation 2 and divide by 2:
SO3 --> SO2 + 1/2O2 = + 99.1 kJmol-1
