at the end of the day i have the right to express my beliefs. Number 1- to love my neighbour as myself. If my son was a thief, or a murder, i would love him regardless. i would still not condone what he does. and no, im not putting being gay at the same level as murder, but sin is sin.

You said you'd be worried you wouldn't bond as well, because of their orientation. What else am I supposed to infer? Being gay doesn't automatically, make you a butch girl or feminine guy. They could still share interests and be a likeable person, which tends to help people bond more than sexual orientation.
