Yeh, I'm doing this as a resit, got 79 first time around. I would like an A* in biology and to get that I need 92 ums in the final exam, so (in theory) if I do better in this resit, I can get a bit lower in unit 3 because its more difficult. Are you taking unit 3 this summer?

I am also taking the unit 3 in the summer again for the same reason to make it easier for me o get A* i.e. allows me to get lower in B3. Also I got 78 UMS first time round when I took it in January 2012 when the grade boundaries were SO HIGH!

Hoping to start revising/teaching myself during the last week of the easter holidays. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the January 2013 paper either!

I hope to start on good friday, I have an art exam before that so coursework is somewhat of a priority. I highly recommend these books for revision:

They may be a little pricey, but they are well worth it! I got 88 ums in B2 using these, and i only revised for a few days before the exam. I will start earlier this time around and hopefully fare a bit better

The january 2013 paper wont be released to teachers or students until at least after june, if your school retained a copy, it is possible that they can photocopy it for you, but it is impossible to access online

No, but i would go on the basis of: 41 A*, 37 A, 33 B, 31 C

CAP(100UMS) being: 45

These are what i am going by :smile:

as have been told to do so :colondollar:

Where did you find this did you get it form noardwood science website because I tried going on there yesterday and they've put a password on their site I felt like crying I wish I'd saved all the papers onto iBooks !!!!

Noardwood school have put a password on their website so no one can access their past papers and mark schemes anymore unless you actually attend their school,I was livid when I found out,as I should of saved the papers !!!! ;( I'm literally FUMING right now,as I was planing on doing the past papers during half term but now I can only do the 2012 ones !!!
