wow your a lucky guy im sure many people would take a*a*aa over a 1 in step 3 how high were your ums sorry about the questions, im a year 12, and atm trying to decide whether to apply to oxford or cambridge thanks
*Girl
I do the Cambridge Pre-U, so no UMS! Sorry can't help with regard to that!
Funnily enough, until the second last term of Year 12, I was set on applying to Oxford. It was the Open Day that kind of put me off (just didn't get the 'feel') and I wasn't to keen on E&M as a course.

I am so good at sarcasm True! Maybe you'll want to stay up til 4 am on an essay because you love it so much Same, I don't really need to revise languages (so 3 out of my 4 subjects ) but I will need to revise a lot for English Yuck, snow
Haha xD I think it's asking a lot of me to like an essay enough to stay up till 4am for it Pfft. Hardly "same" then is it, one subject... and even then, technically you only need A*AA from 3 subjects so you dont even need an A in English, surely? Yeah, in London I haven't seen any snow. Warmer microclimate and all that.

Haha, maybe not 4am, but 1 or 2 might be reasonable English is a LOT of work for me Need to learn characters, themes, quotes, context and critics' quotes. Boo. That is correct, but I still don't know whether I'm more likely to get an A in English or Italian, but luckily atm it looks like Italian is winning I am lucky, most people I know have waaaay more work than me Ahh lucky! I am getting sick of it. I wish it would either go away or snow so much college closes!

I'm writing essays at 1am now even! XD That'll be fine. I've heard English is insane. At least you can be virtually 100% confident of meeting your offer. Personally getting AAA (my insurance) is pretty much a piece of cake. An A*, on the other hand, is pretty challenging D: Damn them introducing that grade. Hasn't the snow gone by now? Sixth form ended today for me :P
