I watch porn that isn't rough. And like I said there doesn't have to be any dominance whatsoever.

Fair enough, but you never said that in your initial post. You just said 'go watch porn',

Doesn't have to be s&m to be rough. Most mainstream porn shows hands-free throat ****ing as the norm. I think that would terrify your average 16 year old girl. And female oral, if its ever shown at all, is so cursory as to be pointless. Never understood what pleasure the girl is supposed to get from the dude shaking his face around for 30 seconds...

But didn't you know.... porn is SO realistic.

I do. I did not suggest his gf should watch any S&M, males dominating porn.

She could easily watch couples porn which they can both enjoy and learn from.

It's usually called BDSM not S&M. Which suggests to me you haven't watched a lot of porn.

Even the 'female friendly' porn on various sites is still usually unrealistic and terrible, mainly because it caters to a fantasy of sex, not the reality. There may be 'instructive' porn out there but I've never come across it, which suggests it's something one has to search out specifically.

Telling a 16 year old to 'stick porn on' as a way of learning about sex without qualification is incredibly irresponsible.

I wouldn't know what it's called, don't watch it unlike some obviously.

It's not "incredibly irresponsible" if he doesn't want to bring it up or tell her then how is she going to know?

He would have to do a bit of searching to find an appropriate one yes.

There are means of getting advice regarding sex which don't involve watching porn. Porn by its nature is unrealistic and caters to specific fantasies. For someone who is sexually inexperienced like OP's gf all it would do is make her feel intimidated and inadequate, and is highly unlikely to improve OP's sex life.

A 16 yo boy is unlikely to be sensitive or experienced enough to even know what sort of porn (let alone find it) which is going to be appropriate and instructive for his gf. Given the sheer amount of mainstream porn online which is simply abusive, can you not see how telling someone to 'stick porn on' (with the implication that she should imitate it) with no qualification is irresponsible?

No I don't.

I assume if he doesn't want to talk about it to her, then they would have difficulty speaking to a stranger to get advice.

His girlfriend will know what type of porn she is comfortable with.

She's not going to magically learn how to do it overnight if she can't already. You need to tell her. I'm sure she'd be quite upset if she saw you were posting on tsr instead of being a good teacher

It's not my thing, but surely some amateur porn would show more "realistic" oral than the OTT scripted pornl.
