Question about GCSE Biology Unit 3?

In class we learnt about gas exchange in frogs, insects and fish but i can't seem to find it in the exam spec. Would we need to know this for the Unit 3 exam? please help, thankyou!
I've studied the full GCSE Biology course (doing all my exams this year in year ten), but I haven't come across gas exchange in frogs, insects and fish before. I'm pretty sure all you need to know is gas exchange in the lungs (diffusion, as such), and what alveoli are and how they work, and how they are adapted to work its functions etc.
