Evolution !!

Please can someone explain the big bang theory etc etc scientifically, because my teacher cannot make me understand it and I will be tested on it after Easter. It confuses me? :s-smilie::s-smilie:

I strongly recommend posting in the biology and physics Study Help forums for help with the evolution and big bang theory respectively, the religion forum is not the right area for this sort of thread and will most likely end up turning into a debate at some point anyway :yep:

1) Wrong section (shouldn't be in the Religion section) but surely a Google or Wikipedia search will help you more than anyone here can?

2) Why is your title 'Evolution!!' when you want to know about the big bang theory?

Yes but Darwin's Theory of Evolution and The Big Bang Theory are two separate theories. Which one do you need information on?

For the Big Bang origin of the Universe question it might be useful to take a look at the "beginners" section of this Q and A webpage on the topic.
Pick a few questions out and take a look at the answers.
Some are tricky and others more straight forward.
See what you think.
