First of all I believe your from another country (due to english) it can be understandable. Btec will not work for medicine, simply put. Your alevels are not designed for any medical course in the UK, simply put you need Chem at least, your gcses may be passed by Cambridge but your alevel choices close so many doors, tl;dr btecs are not accepted for medicine (if they are the majority, i.e. two choices), you need chem, you may need to reconsider medicine as you haven't really thought this through.

Honestly, for medicine you will need to have A/A*'s for Sciences and Maths. With btec sciences you will not be able to study medicine. You need to improve your maths grade to at least a B. You will struggle if your Maths and Science is not of a high standard.

Up to you but preferable by far would be Chem,Bio,Maths if your doing 3, if your doing 4 1 more of your choice (BTW maths and Bio are not essential, but they do help in ways)
