Not surprised it's gone down, it's Easter break and lots of people are applying for finance these two weeks.
Same problem over here. So annoying!!
It should be up and running now, they seem to have updated their login system, no longer need customer reference numbers, you can just use your email address now. Much easier!
Yeah its working but if you look up to your payments, its unavaliable.
