It is not easy to visualize it, but you don't really need to. Essentially what you have to do is find the point P and then find the angle. Hint: Use the scalar product.

find the position of point p.
then the co-ordinates of point p are also the position vector OP.
then use |a||b|=a.b/cos(x)
by subbing in OP as a and the vector of the line L (1,-1,2) as b then solve

Thanks for the informative specially for me as I am a B.Sc maths Student and having so many difficult problems in maths. The easiest thing in maths is the only matrix. .
