Scum is formd when soap reacts with dissolved minerals in the water. Scale is formed when heat is applied to hard water.

-Forms a real image
-Make the light rays converge to a focus

Concave:
-Forms a virtual image
-Makes the parallel light rays diverge - spread out :smile:

THe stomata on the underside of the leaf.... air spaces within the leaf.. flattened shape increases the area of exchange

its a good start, waxy cuticle to reduce water loss, air spaces so co2 can diffuse, stomata which allows gaseous exachange controlled by guard cells. Long roots increase surface area :colone:

The negative pressure - 'iron lung', person lies in chamber and air is absorbed to create a vaccum and then the intercorsal muscles contract making the ribs to move upwards and outwards which casues the diaphragm to flatten, increase volume of thorax which decreases the pressure in the chest. Hence, you breathe in. ETC.

Positive pressure- basically its like a pump :colondollar:
