Since there isnt one, i though i'd create a thread for evreybody doing this exam in the summer.

Omg I would really recommend the youtube channel as well- very helpful. I'm surprised this wasn't created yet and there's hardly anyone here ... until 2 days before the exam lol

what grades is everyone expecting? & what are your method for revising mechanics?
PLEASE HELP URGENT HELP quick question how many times can you resit physics mechanics unit 1 ocr as level exam I'm resitting this exam in may however was wondering if it is possible to resit the exam once again during my A2 Year. So resitting the exam twice and was wondering if i could do that for chemistry to?

I think you can re take however many times you want but if I were you I would work as hard as possible so that you don't have to retake next year along with all your other exams. especially as they won't be January exams, re takes plus A2 will be a lot to take on. good luck :smile:

It felt like such a different paper to the rest of the past papers.... There were too many explain questions, and not enough maths...... How did you find it??

I'm expecting a minimum of a B for both, it is fairly soon for this unit and trying to do past papers as revision..

I love you. I was looking for that paper everywhere. I could only find the mark scheme (which can easily be found with a quick Google search).

I am retaking it. I got a B last time which is shocking for me. I got nearly 100% UMS in G482, and ~82% in the A2 papers. I think I need 4 more marks overall to leave college with an A in Physics.

Lol what that just "love at first site?" lol.
Hope it helps anyways. I flopped in it and got a C. im retaking it to atleast get a B or even an A.
That Paper was mostly definitions and explanations, lets hope we all get a nice paper for the retake aswell as some nice maths equations to solve! :smile: Is anyone else really worried about the retake and also G482 as Waves are my worst enemy at the moment.
