CCW's foundation or LCF's Access to High.ED Fashion

Is anyone attending CCW's Foundation course and LCF's Access to Higher Education (Fashion)? I got offered to both of these courses, but in a dilemma now so please give me some input for both of these courses. After these courses, I want to apply for the BA Fashion Design and Marketing at CSM, so which course is better to help me in applying for the BA? HELLLPPPP! THANKS GUYS

normally, applicants would have completed the foundation, so i would recommend that. also, doing your foundation at UAL means that you have much higher chances of getting into a degree within the university as there is now something called an internal progression scheme whereby you are guaranteed a place provided you have good attendance. you get a first, second and third choice of course, and most people get put into their first or second. it depends how hard you work really!

i'm on the course now, you need 85% attendance ..but that doesn't include authorised attendance, so as long as you email/ring in when you're ill there is no way you wouldn't be eligible.

i really really like it, though i'm in the illustration pathway. my flatmate is doing the fashion pathway (she's been accepted to CSM womenswear) and loves it also - i believe there are two classes of forty for fashion whereas i have under thirty in mine, but obviously this varies year to year. we both think the amount of contact time with tutors is good. - they will come round at talk to everyone, as well as hold crits.
the workload is what you make of it, you can choose to work hard or to take it easy but the hardest workers get where they want to be.

Ill pick the camberwell hall
if you're referring to camberwell campus, foundation students aren't able to stay there as you can't move in until after the course starts. i made the mistake of having three room types there as my three choices for halls, and they randomly placed me in another one. -__- it's ridiculous that they don't have the information on the website or something! i had to call and ask about it to find out why i got put somewhere else. there are other halls in camberwell though - bernard myers and brooke hall.

because the contract starts after the course does, so you would have nowhere to live. i (luckily!) got put in bernard myers which is just down the road, loads cheaper too!

bernard myers is less than five minutes walk away, and brooke hall is about a twenty minute walk. in bernard myers, you get your own room with a double bed and en-suite and share a kitchen with five other people - the kitchens are very spacious too. in brooke hall you get your own studio flat - so a bed (double or single depending on what you pay i think?), an en-suite and kitchen facilities all to yourself. i think that bernard myers works out a bit cheaper but i'm not 100% sure!
