Leeds broadcasting tower

Hey,

Looking at moving into the broadcasting tower for my 3rd year, looking for some decent flat mates as I was told 75% of tenants are from overseas and usually dont socialise...

Play rugby, love meeting new people etc

Me and My mates have just booked Broadcasting Tower for next year. My friends were staying there last year too and asked to be with other non-international students and they were given a flat with other people who werent foreign students. We aren't Ruggers players tho but we are setting up a 5 a side footy team for September if you end up moving in and are interested! Josh :biggrin:

hiya, I booked Broadcasting Tower because I heard it was a decent place to live. Are the majority of the students international? anyway I cant play rugby or football so i'l be of no use to your teams aha, but this is my first year staying here and I just wanted to know what its like :smile:

Hey, ive also booked Broadcasting Tower. It seems to be a popular choice for overseas students but you can request to not be in a flat with them. :smile:

yeh I rang up and asked not too be with international students and the girl told me im with 3 british girls so far. have you got a confirmed room yet? :smile:

Yep, me and two friends have all got our rooms confirmed. We are 3 british girls so that could be us! :smile:

Hey! I'm inbetween putting leeds as my firm choice for university as the requirements are ABB. I wondered what alevel grades you got to get in? In your opinion and knowledge of your broadcasting fellow students would they let a person with BBB in come results day? Or are they really strict. I know a lot of universities allow a grade change if they like the person
