Normally you'd get that piece of paper and hold it up next to your face, I didn't do it because I didn't want to stun everyone with my good looks :wink:

Personally, I just know, if I want to get what I want, and if I want to be the best I possibly can, I need to study and I need to be productive, and there are lots of little 'hacks' to make the actual starting process easier - focusing on starting one part of a task, as opposed to looking at the entire task, things like that...
