What is something that is widely known to your gender but not the other?

Getting soap/shower gel/shampoo up your urethra hurts like HELL.

After scratching your balls, sometimes you just have to sniff your hand. There is no choice.

Classy, I know.

The former is absolutely horrible, like pissing needles.

Some men hate touching public toilet door handles as the rest of the breed don't wash their hands after touching their penis. Essentially, if you touch it, you have basically touched another guys penis. Urgh.

I use my foot or wait for someone else to open the door then dart through.

Ooh I have another - guys do not know that many girls also watch porn

A few years ago when some of my female friends found some porn on my phone (don't ask) their faces were like

So it goes both ways.

Does it really matter? At the end of the day they're both painful experiences and neither gender will know the other's pain fully. No use comparing which is more painful, what do you want if people acknowledge that one is more painful than the other, a medal?

I tip my hat off to you too sir

Women will never know the feeling of the feeling of being expected to share your salary. True men do earn more than their female counterparts (up to 20% more) but then again isn't there still the social expectectation for men to foot the bill in the relationship?
Its never usually 50/50 its more 60/40 or even 70/30 in terms of who pays what

(Apologies if this post is completely random, not sure why the OPs post made me think of the fiscal differences in each genders salaries!)
- What PMS is like

- That women don't like men who behave like women and it doesn't mean they want *******s. They just want men.

- We notice random touching and insisting on standing/walking behind to check out our butts.

- You don't need to hide jealousy at every cost. Most men feel jealous occasionally just like women do, but hide it and try to wrap it up as anything else or just suffer and get grumpy. You CAN say that something makes you uncomfortable and it's not the end of the world. A little bit of vulnerability is necessary.

Omg, I thought I was the only one. I always cringe in disgust whenever I see a guy use a urinal and then walk straight out without washing his hands.

For me, I either open the door with my feet or use the tissue that I used to dry my hands.
The pain of poking yourself in the eye with a mascara wand and then desperately trying not cry or blink as you will mess up your eye make-up
Grabbing hold of our boobs can be painful :sigh: And the sheer pain of knocking your hip bone on a corner or God forbid knocking your vaginal area is excrutiating

I didn't say it was impossible to die from being kicked in the balls; I just compared the two - it's far more likely for childbirth to cause death than being kicked in the the balls.

Also, being kicked in the balls is pain on impact - that split second of extreme pain, followed by aching afterwards. Childbirth? For lot's of women, giving birth is hours of constant pain followed by days of aching.

It's not just aching, it'll totally wind you, make you feel sick with a deep, strong, throbbing ache for minutes to hours afterwards.

And to add, how often do women give birth? As a man I probably take a decent knock to the nuts once a fortnight, and as a child I was smacked in the nuts probably at least that often. Most women will give birth, two, maybe three times? Whereas a nut shot is a constant danger until the day you die.

I think the comparison is pointless anyway.

Men cant help but stare at boobs.

Especially if she's like 20cm shorter, standing close, and with a reasonably low cut top. If I look her in the eyes, my eyes are diverted. I need to choose between looking at her boobs, or the 20cm above er.

Also, that guys don't have a clue when girls start talking about e.g. a make.

As you can see by the negs, not everyone believes it exists. They just think it's an excuse for us to cry or be bitchy or something.

Guys don't think it's an excuse; they think it's a reason, and girls deny it more often than they use it to justify their bad moods. Maybe the negs indicate something besides denial - maybe they indicate that guys think you're wrong about what they think.
The stress of sending your boobs to boob jail everyday. Sometimes they just want to be free.

How completely taboo girls masturbating and watching porn is. It's the only thing I've lied about when weve played games like Truth or Never Have I Ever because my friends would never talk to me again if I said I did. Even though some of them probably do as well.

Maybe I'm just incompetent, but the ingrown hairs I get from shaving my pubic hair are so painful!

If 12% of a group of girls say that they masturbate then 88% of that group is lying  This isn't the 1880's, people have urges

Some of them are really religious (and weird!) so I'm pretty sure some of them don't. Still, out of our group of 9 then are at least a few others who do
I'm not ashamed of talking about it with strangers online, but I wouldn't risk talking about it with someone I know in case they get all weird about. I think girls that don't do it assume no one else does and find it disgusting.
A friend once admitted she masturbated to a guy friend and I know girls who didnt speak to her for a week. It was pretty bitchy of him to tell everyone as well. Another friend admitted she regularly pisses in the shower but would never admit to masturbating.

And the unbelievable relief of taking off your bra after a long day.

Edit: she told the guy friend she masturbates. She doesn't actually masturbate to him. I assume.

I honestly didn't know that girls had such a taboo over flicking the bean every once in a while :s-smilie: Any girl I've asked has admitted to it. Granted that's a grand old total of 4 but still.

I wasn't saying you don't believe in it. You said 'we're widely aware of that' and I said actually a lot of boys and girls who don't get it think it doesn't actually exist. And there have been replies to her post such as 'I'm still skeptical'.
