The Kingdom of Morocco is unwilling to sponsor Nigeria's proposed resolution because of its condemnation of the United States. Morocco stands with her ally, the United States, and applauds the actions taken by them thus far in what has become an increasingly volatile situation.

Would the kingdom of Morocco be willing to co-sponsor the same resolution without the condemnation of the US?

Iceland refuses to sponsor this. But proposes that the US, a member of the security council can help establish a peaceful agreement between the Korean peninsulas to help reduce conflict between them and reduce the threat of nuclear warfare in the future.

Why would the representative from Iceland ask the US and not China to establish a peaceful agreement?
Considering the reactions from some representatives, Nigeria is willing to drop the UN from this potential resolution. But will nonetheless encourage the US to only adopt a defensive stance on the matter.

The UK thinks the DPRK is acting like a toddler refusing to put on its seat belt and as such a good hiding is in order we therefore implore the US to remove a fair sized bit of their country from the map so that ones news websites arent clogged wit their clap trap rhetoric.

Considering this, Iceland believes that it is best for both the US, China and all members of the security council to cooperate with South Korea to help establish a peaceful agreement with the DPRK to prevent any threats of nuclear warfare in the future.

The US reminds Nigeria that we have approached this with a defensive position in mind. We have not been the aggressors in the recent tensions, and we shall act accordingly should North Korea decide to act rashly.

Nigeria must admit that the actions of Mr. Kerry does show that the US indeed does not aim to act in an aggressive manner.

Occ: is someone gonna support my resolution or not? :P Damit needing other nations to co-sponsor resolutions

I don't think you need a co-sponsor unless you're a UNO...
Iran would like to announce her support for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. We state that we would be willing to defend the DPRK from the imperialist Americans. We see South Korea as a weak, mouthpiece for American intentions in the region and therefore support this move.
