Idk, my hamstrings have lost so much flexibility since Easter started, maybe I need to start stretching them again. Lower back pain though :frown:

I used to be so flexible, but I haven't done much exercise so I lost a lot of flexibility :frown:

Naturally, our hamstrings are always tightening; when we're sleeping, standing etc. Only when we're stretching, are they being stretched (Sherlock Holmes much?!)

I'll just rest my feet on a high table and let them stretch then :tongue:

I agree with what you said about Vettel and Shumacher! I haven't decided yet on who I will be supporting, but Alonso IS more consistent and Ferrari are set to do well. We will see after next weeks race!

I live 50 minutes away from Belfast, and I can say that every town/village you could go to will have a different accent! My accent is nothing like a Belfast accent (well I hope not).

Belfast Accent? Search 'Nordie Shore' on YouTube. It's a mock-up of Geordie Shore, but very rude and a complete joke haha!
