Single at 24. What am I doing wrong?

I'm 25 this year and worried what it will be like in 5 years time! I've never had a gf. Am I the only one in this category here?

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Take more shots son. Simple as that.

Have you tried to get a girlfriend? Asking someone for their number? Are you one of those people that only act when you think a girl likes you?
I think you just need to go out there and try harder.

Read "The Game" by Neil Strauss. It might help.
I'm 24 and about to 25 this year too. I've had 2 long terms gf's. However, at the moment I'm single. The relationship history doesn't really matter to be honest - the only thing you need to work towards is the future. Instead of waiting for someone to come along, actively try to meet women, ask her out for a drink/coffee if you meet someone nice and take it from there.

No one can tell you what you're doing wrong if you don't say what you're doing!
You may say I'm a virgin
But I'm not the only one

- John Lennon

I may be paraphrasing, but the point is, no. You'll probably never be the only one at anything, given that there's over 7 billion people on the planet. Without us knowing more about you, we really couldn't help other than by giving generic advice which you probably already know.

Tell us about yourself; your background and your personality, any experiences you've had with girls which have never turned into anything, and we'll try to 'diagnose' you.
I've only had one girlfriend at 16 and none since (I'm 22). It's partly through choice as there have been women. Fair few but none worth actually keeping for longer than a night.
I don't worry as I know when I actually meet someone worth keeping I'll keep them.

The trick is to ask as many people as out as possible . Their will be one that says yes .
If you have self esteem issues, work hard get rich and the ladies will come to you

Either increase frequency of asking out or aim lower. Those are the two only solutions.

There are of course variances, such as dressing better, better haircut, better aftershave. But these are just variances. Ask girls out.

I don't understand why anyone would want a gf in this day and age. The advent of the internet has made pleasuring oneself much easier, be it porn, whores or online chat.
Gf's are only after one thing 'MONEY', and most withhold sex to get your money, so why not spend it on porn when you know for certain that you will get off.

I'm pretty scared of relationships (never had one), so then change freaks me out, and I seem to actively avoid the idea of any. I've missed tonnes of chances apparently, and I seem to ignore or completely miss them as signs someone is interested.
It doesn't help that I'm quite picky, and wouldn't settle for just anyone.

25, going on 26 in August.

Single and 24 > 18 and pregnant.

Cherish your single days, one day you will be married and wish you could be single again.

I'm 19, single and I love it. I have money - spend it all on myself might I add - I have lots of free time (after work and revision) and no ties or no commitments. The world is my oyster.

I'm 25 in June and while I've had a couple of girlfriends, they were both well into my 20s and neither were long term. Do you actually ask girls out? Like many things, approaching/asking the first is always the hardest.

I can inform you that I am no Virgin, if you had bothered to read my post you would have noticed that I mentioned 'whore', I think if you have sex with them they still count.
