Originally I was looking at unite accommodation.... But then I heard a lot of bad things about it.... I dunt reali wanna live wif people not from Edinburgh cuz it's my first year. So I wanna make more friends. I kinda want bathroom ensuite.... Cuz tht just solves lots of girls problems. Lol. Hahaha. So right now. I'm looking at pollock halls cuz I heard most undergrads live there. But I hvnt made my choices yet. How about u?

I'm a Scottish Entrant and my school doesn't do economics :L should be easy to pick up though?

Well bro, I guess so. And there should be loads of help. Econ isnt that hard if you enjoy it, cause for ome people, they find it boring. I can even help you out sometime. Its good to get know a few people before hand!

Went to the Physics applicant day today which was fantastic, much better then Glasgow Uni's, came straight home and firmed Edinburgh! My 10 year old sister who came along with my parents asked if she can firm when she gets home for Astrophysics LOL

What do you know about the Econ courses? I'm thinking about taking it as an outside subject in first year

Here too! I'm also debating whether to take some economics modules within the course. It's either that or physics!

I figured it out, I think for the first year I can do something like half a year of maths, a third of the year of Economics and a sixth doing Physics. Which would be decent

Hola! That doesn't sound too bad to be honest... I'm just gonna wait until I get there and see what's available. I just fancy exploring something new, and ICT is boring I wanna stay away from the computers.

That's like me with Chemsitry, might dabble into statistics aswell but I think statistics start in 2nd year :L

The split for Undergraduates living catered and self catered accomodation is roughly about 50/50. And also university is as sociable as you make it, so if you want to make more friends join a society or sports club That's my plan anyways (:
