Crude bombs that they had hoped would kill more. Advised/trained from abroad - possibly Pakistan.

And I'm calling this too - they're not domestic terrorists.

Putting my considerable reputation on the line by calling it this early, but I'm an amateur terrorism expert

And you're basing all this on what - the photos of the suspects and the nature of the bombing? If so, you're just guessing.
