I don't think many girls/women do. I used to go to a spa where saunas were clothes optional and two women enquired if I was Jewish, which if they looked would not have needed to ask.

girls always say they don't like bums, but I don't get how you couldn't. I feel weird for looking.

and I don't consciously look either. and the erection thing depends completely on the situation. but I doubt I would make a big deal about it/ attract other people's attention to it.

Yes
