Does anyone know how long they usually take to allocate you a room? I applied for a single study in Broadgate Park because that was practically all that was left haha. They said around two weeks? Thanks.

I got mine in 6 days, and that was the day accommodation opened, so idk, you might get it quicker as there might be less applicants now? Not sure really haha

I will purposefully seek them out, hoping they aren't blonde so they won't nab my shampoo! haha  Ooo you're close to me, I am in Lenton & Wortley. I don't know much about Derby, mind I don't know much about my own halls :P

Haha I will be keeping my shampoo in my room too! Oh ok, not entirely sure where that is but Derby seems like a really good location  Really struggling to find out about Derby if I'm honest! But like you said, none of us really know anything!

I got a large single study in Hugh Stewart
I was able to get priority choice because my dad stayed in that hall when he went to Nottingham. Really lucky
That seems like a stupid rule to be honest. So everyone else gets punished for having thick parents.
Hugh Stewart shared ensuite. Any other Economists at Hugh Stewart?

In what way do you feel you're being punished? A random allocation of accommodation would give you any hall, many of which are far nicer than Hugh Stewart!
