Karen was nearing the end of her ovulating career, when one day she met a handsome Casanova who kindly agreed to impregnate her. Karen was thrilled.

On a warm cloudy afternoon, a sperm and an egg swam gracefully inside Karen's uterus. Upon their encounter, the sperm realised that he had found his life's purpose. He was so happy that he expelled a short scream of joy, along with a few enzymes to destroy the outer layer of the egg. The sperm lovingly digested through the egg's intricate follicle cells and implanted his alleles inside her cytoplasm. Finally, two halves had joined to form a diploid miracle!

The miracle grew.. and grew .. and grew.. for nine months, until one day Karen felt some discomfort in her abdominal area. She quickly ran to the hospital and sat in a special Dyson delivery bed, while a midwife pulled at the tiny feet that were reaching out of Karen's reproductive system. As the small human came out, Karen began to sense a strong smell of Bentyl, a medication she had taken earlier in the week to calm her irritable bowel. She felt so nostalgic about this smell that she decided to name her new child "Bentyl", or Ben for short.
this is great are you going to put what karen's life after ben was born, things such as how she coped being on her own, along with the bit where i put her going into ben's room, looking around at the mess and picking up mr changable

Karen drove home from the hospital in her Porsche Cayenne. The 2011 Porsche Cayenne is visually shorter and smaller than its predecessors with more muscular curves, a more slanted rear window and less upright windshield, a more sloping roofline, door-mounted mirrors, smaller windows at the rear of the vehicle, headlights inspired by the Carrera GT, taillights that extend onto the car's tailgate, LED daytime running lights and a vastly redesigned interior modeled after the Panamera. The 2011 Cayenne is almost 250 kilograms (550 lb) lighter than the previous models due to extensive use of aluminum and magnesium, making it more fuel efficient than the previous lineup. Despite its lower stance, the new vehicle's off-road capabilities have been retained without compromising the street performance-oriented layout and design.
Ben was enjoying the ride. Even though he was only 36 hours old he really dug the luxury and power of Karen's motor. It had been a special reward from Mr Schopenhauer her line manager at the hacking firm after she had succeeded in breaking into the Police National Computer and altering his criminal record.
Karen parked outside her luxury flat in South Norwood.
South Norwood was part of the county of Surrey and the County Borough of Croydon until 1965, when following the enactment of the London Government Act 1963 it became part of Greater London. The town is now part of the wards of South Norwood and Woodside in the local authority of Croydon, which has the responsibility for providing services such as education, refuse collection, and tourism.
South Norwood lies on the southern slopes of the Norwood Ridge which forms the southern edge of the London Basin. This line of hills runs from north-east to south-west for about three miles (5 km) and rises to approximately 360 feet (110 m) above sea level at its highest point. It is formed by a ridge of grey silty deposits known as London Clay, capped in places with the gravel of the Claygate Beds. Because of this gravel working was an important local industry and at one time the road along Beulah Hill was called Gravel Pit Road.
Karen thought that London Clay sounded pretty dull to be honest. And the gravel industry ...meh.
After carefully locking the door and setting the alarm system Karen poured herself a large glass of super strength cider and headed for the hot tub.
Her sore body relaxed in the warm water and the gentle tones of Radio 1 lulled her into a daze. Suddenly she shot out of the tub and in a panic fumbled for the car keys. She had left Ben in the passenger seat of the Porsche.
A crowd of locals was gathered round the vehicle from which loud banging tunes were emanating.
Ben was bouncing up and down to M.I.A's crucial track XXXO.
An uptempo electropop-dance song, "XXXO" exhibits a Tamil folk music-influenced melody with elements of techno, electronica and tribal music displayed. The song's instrumentation consists of marching band percussion, and backing vocals, drawing inspiration from pop music. "XXXO" is lyrically based on the theme of the creation of a sex symbol and romance in the digital age. Music critics praised the direction of the record, its playful lyrics and futuristic sound. An accompanying music video for the song was filmed by M.I.A. during the month of July 2010, who opted to direct herself having initially commissioned Hype Williams to direct. It features graphics interchange formats and animation of her album artwork, and depicts the singer singing seductively to the camera and scenes from her flip-cam, framed by stars, greeting card flower decorations and English words written in Arabic abjadiya or A, B, Cs.
Karen unlocked the passenger door and retrieved Ben. Somehow he had managed to switch on the Bose sound system.
Developed specifically for Porsche and optimally tuned for the interior of the new Boxster and Cayenne models, it can be combined with optional Porsche Communication Management (PCM) or the CDR audio system.
This high-end audio system comprises eight amplifier channels with a total output of 445 watts. Its 10 loudspeakers, including an active subwoofer concealed behind the dashboard, deliver a balanced acoustic pattern.
In combination with optional Porsche Communication Management (PCM), the BOSE® Surround Sound System enables audio playback of DVDs and is thus able to make full use of the impressive sound spectrum of 5.1 digital recordings. Of course, you can still play other audio sources, such as CDs and MP3s, in stereo or, at the push of a button, in one of the virtual surround modes generated by BOSE® Centerpoint® 2.
Karen hurried back in to the flat, thanking the bystanders for their help. She wished she had had time to put her clothes on.

it's graet can you add things like how she had changed since she had her son, bought him home and how she managed to cope with things like getting up in the middle of the night, changing him when ever he needed to be changed and all the other things that you can think of for karen and her new reposnsibilities as a mum

here is an example of what i mean, karen was very tired, ben was certainly a 24 hour responsibility, and over the past few days he had developed a rather pair of lungs when it came to crying

but don't worry about putting when she got him mr changable cause i have put it and here it is

On Ben s 5th birthday Karen had bought him a plastic action figure that was about 7 inches tall called Mr changeable after he kept on bugging and pestering her for a Mr changeable action figure for weeks and months before his birthday

But unlike any other action figures that wear the same outfits all the time because Mr changeable can change clothes for different looks which meant that he could be dressed up into all sorts of different outfits from a wrestler to a superhero, and out of all his toys ben played with him the most played with and because of it he didn’t play with his other toys

Some of the games which ben often played whenever he played with Mr changeable were mostly superhero type games from flying to the rescue or fighting a super villain using some other toy

At first Ben did not like Mr Changeable. He would throw his plastic companion out of the pram when Karen's back was turned.
Karen had spared no expense when it came to selecting Ben's pram. Her friend Chantelle from the Gym had recommended a Bugaboo Donkey. "It is really cool and ideal for someone like you who cannot afford their Buffalo". So Karen had ordered a Buffalo the same day.
Like all Bugaboo strollers, the Bugaboo Buffalo is known for its high quality, smart design, innovative functionalities, smooth ride and its ease of use.
Designed specifically for all-terrain performance, the Bugaboo Buffalo is a must for parents who love to discover. Whether that's blazing a trail through the urban jungle - or cross-country. Bugaboo's latest stroller is at home in the city as it is on tougher trails. Versatile, robust and spacious, the one piece fold Bugaboo Buffalo has multiple luggage options (up to 16kg), a high and spacious seat (up to 23kg/50lbs), and an extendable sun canopy for extra protection against the elements. So no matter how rough your expedition, it will always be a smooth ride.
"It is certainly going to be a rough expedition for Mr Changeable" chortled Ben to himself as Karen propelled the top of the range buggy proudly through the mean streets of South Norwood.
As she passed Corleone's bistro-cum-mafia restaurant she glimpsed Chantelle looking totes jel. She waved nonchalantly. Various swarthy gangsters nodded respectfully as she passed by.
Karen and Ben and Mr Changeable entered South Norwood Country Park. From about 1862 the land was acquired by Croydon Corporation for use as a sewage farm. This was largely unsuccessful because of the heavy London Clay subsoil that makes up the majority of the site. A series of concrete channels (some of which are still visible today) were constructed to direct the sewage over the numerous lagoons but these were a failure as the lagoons would remain flooded for months without draining away.
In the 1920s a new method for the treatment of sewage had to be found so the farm was largely abandoned and a new sewage treatment works was built on the area where the Pitch and Putt course now stands. This was shut down in 1962 and the area was left mostly undisturbed until the creation of the Country Park in 1988/99. It is still often referred to as 'the Sewage Farm' by the older local residents however, despite not having been used as such for several decades.
Ben loved visiting the Sewage Farm. He looked forward to chatting with Old Harry the tramp. Harry would tell him hilarious tales of sewage mishaps from years gone by. Karen was not too keen on Old Harry but she knew that Ben would have a massive tantrum if she tried to separate her son from the member of the homeless community.
"And the Spitfire hit that Messerschmitt right in the port engine cowling. Fritz only had seconds to bale out. We watched him float gently down into the middle of the Sewage Farm. He was covered from head to toe in fermenting toby !! Quite a sight I can tell you "
Ben was delighted at this anecdote and decided that Mr Changeable would suffer the same fate as the downed Hun airman. Now that the Sewage Farm lived on in name only Ben decided that he would make use of the offerings of South Norwood's doggies who treated the Country Park as a massive toilet. Karen politely said goodbye to Old Harry and headed off towards the Café‚ where she could sit down and have a cappuccino.
Ben spotted a large heap of fresh dog mess at the edge of the path and skilfully flung Mr Changeable into the middle of it. Only his head and left arm were visible protruding from the revolting pile.
Ben gurgled happily and pointed to the plastic toy. "Mummy look in the dog poo !!".
Karen decided to leave Mr Changeable where he was. She did not wish to get canine faeces on her carefully manicured hands.
"Ben that was not a very nice thing to do. Mr Changeable will have to stay there. You are not having any cider today."

may i remind you that ben got mr changable for his 5th birthday
Ben got very upset. After 34 minutes of wailing hysterically, he developed a cunning plan.
Ben knew that when Karen departed to pay for her vodka-infused cappuccino, it would take her at least 23 minutes to settle the payment. Karen was very fond of the till man at the cafe, and every time she went there she made a point of complimenting every part of his pasty physique.

While Karen was away, Ben carefully unscrewed one of the diamante engraved wheels from his Bugaboo Buffalo. He then rolled this 22.1 inch gold-plated beauty over to Old Harry, who had a sharp eye for all things shiny. Old Harry was thrilled by the sight of this immensely captivating shiny thing. He reluctantly agreed to give Ben 4 two litre bottles of scrumpy in exchange for this shiny shiny object. Ben was delighted.

"Oi young nipper !!" shouted the homeless person in his wheezy yet authoratative voice. "You haven't taken the gaspers !"
At first Ben did not comprehend the 1940s slang but when he saw the packet of Woodbines in the gnarled hand of Old Harry he smiled. "Fanks 'Arry. Yew are a dimond geezer and no mistake."
Ben crawled back to the Café‚ table and handed over the ciggies to his Mum. "Oh Ben thank you. I had just run out of tabs and they do not sell them here. You are so good to me." Karen lit one with her Vietnam War Zippo lighter.
It was engraved with a map of the conflict zone showing the main towns of Hanoi, Danang, Pleiku, Ankhe, Quinhon, Bienhoa and Saigon. It had been hard conflict, mano a mano deep in the steamy jungle. Karen tried to forget but the memories would not die.
Karen remembered where she was. "Here sweetpea, you can finish this one" she said to Ben as she passed him the unfiltered ciggie. He inhaled deeply as she had shown him and blew the smoke out through his nostrils.
"Look Mummy cider !!" he said, waving the glowing stub at his bottles." Well done Ben. I will just give them a quick wipe in case Harry licked them."
Karen reached into her Alexander McQueen Snake Skull clutch bag. Alexander McQueen’s classic skull clasp clutch is updated for the new season with a golden snake-embossed finish. Sure to add a touch of intrigue to your look, it is a striking accessory that will add a contemporary edge to classic dresses.

Details
Swarovski crystal detail
Press-stud closure
Detachable shoulder strap
Nappa leather lining
H9.5cm x W16cm x D6cm
Presented in an Alexander McQueen box with dust bag

Karen loved her bag. Chantelle only had a cheap Tory Burch bag which cost less then £500 ! Cheapskate cow .
She rummaged around and found some anti-bacterial wipes.
These 8 in. x 10 in. wipes provide antibacterial, rinse-free bathing
Wipe is moistened with patented cleansing formula containing micellized vitamins A and B with aloe vera for skin moisturization
Neutralizes odors; gentle and non-irritating
PH balanced and alcohol free
Flushable
Wipes come in resealable packaging
Active ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride (0.1%)

Karen carefully sterilized the top of the cider bottles then opened one for Ben. "Down the hatch Mummy !"
he said with a gleeful wink. Ben loved his cider, although Karen was worried that he was late in starting lager. Chantelle's eldest Jayden was already drinking Special Brew and he was 6 months younger than Ben.

Karen felt happier than she had for several weeks. Work was going well. The Israeli contract to hack into the Iranian centrifuge complex was very lucrative. It required all her esoteric computer knowledge and a fair bit of intuition to guess the passwords of the mad mullahs in Fordow. The most popular were "Pamela" and "Britney".
With a healthy income she was able to indulge in a few luxuries like the Buffalo Pram and her Snake Head bag. Perhaps she ought to buy some new shoes for the summer. She glanced down at her current BALENCIAGA GIANT GOLD WEDGE GLADIATORS.These BLACK Open toe wedge Gladiators with mix of giant and classic gold studs had only cost her $995.00.
Ben was very fond of these Open toe wedge sandals Stud details inspired by the Arena giant handbag line Mix of giant studs at front and classic studs on sides straps Gold metal hardware Tone-on-tone topstitching Black sole 95 mm arch Made in Italy
Material:
Soft crafted vintage lambskin

He would spend hours licking the studs.
She always felt a bit slutty wearing them but in a nice way.
Chantelle had dropped strong hints that she would be getting Jimmy Choos for her holiday in Spain ( "how chavvy is that ?" Karen smirked ).
Karen flipped open her Apple Macbook Pro MC976 15.4" Laptop.
It was fitted with Retina 2.3GHz intel i7 8GB 512GB SSD, Apple Mac OS X 10.7, Lion Plus Office 2011 nVIDIA GeForce GT 650M Graphics (1GB) 15.4" Widescreen LED-Backlit IPS Display 2880 x 1800 Native Resolution 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 Integrated Stereo Speakers FaceTime HD Camera, and Dual Microphones.
She carefully typed in Jimmy Choos into the search engine.
Karen had previously thought that the name was some kind of Cockney Rhyming Slang for shoes. But no there was actually someone of that name:
Jimmy Choo, OBE, born Choo Yeang Keat, is a Malaysian Chinese fashion designer based in London, United Kingdom. He is best known for founding Jimmy Choo Ltd that became known for its handmade women's shoes.
Choo was born in Penang, Malaysia, into a family of shoemakers, who are of Chinese Hakka descent. His family name is Chow but was misspelt on his birth certificate as Choo. He made his first shoe when he was 11 years old. He is perhaps the most notable of students of Cordwainers Technical College in Hackney, England, from which he graduated in 1983. (The college is now part of the London College of Fashion at University of the Arts London.) Choo has divulged that he worked part-time at restaurants and as a cleaner at a shoe factory to help fund his college education.
Jimmy Choo traced his beginnings back to his workshop in Hackney, North London, which he opened in 1986 by renting an old hospital building. His craftsmanship and designs were soon noticed and he came to the verge of international notability when his creations were featured in a record eight pages in a 1988 issue of Vogue. Patronage from Diana, Princess of Wales, from 1990 further boosted his image.
In 1996, he co-founded Jimmy Choo Ltd with British Vogue magazine accessories editor Tamara Mellon.
In April 2001, Choo sold his 50% stake in the company for £10 million. He has since concentrated his work on the exclusive Jimmy Choo Couture line produced under license from Jimmy Choo Ltd. The Jimmy Choo London line, also known as Jimmy Choo Ready-To-Wear or, simply, Jimmy Choo, is under the purview of Mellon. The ready-to-wear line has expanded to include accessories such as handbags.
Choo lives in London and is currently involved in a project to set up a shoemaking institute in Malaysia, where his iconic status is often evoked to inspire budding shoemakers and fashion designers. Jimmy Choo Ltd. produces some of the most expensive high-end shoes.
Karen was disappointed that his London address was not provided. Maybe he lived in South Norwood ? She would have loved to pop round for a chat about her footwear requirements.
Instead she ordered some Christian Louboutin Hematites off ebay. They were pimped to the max with svarowski crystal completely covering the suede base, 2.5" platform and the 6.5" stiletto heels, leather insole. Only £3532 !
Ben was fascinated by the laptop. He was an early adopter of all kinds of technology. Karen had proudly told Chantelle that he had just written his first assembly language program on his Raspberry Pi. "And how is Jayden coping with Angry Birds ?" she had asked. Jayden was several sandwiches short of a picnic and had trouble with anything more technical than picking his nose.

Karen was brought up by gypsies who stole her from a sleepover. After ten years selling clothes pegs and lucky heather she was able to escape. Since then she has been allergic to caravans and spends all of her money on expensive junk.

Mr Changeable felt angry humiliated and... smelly. It was not the first time he had been stuck in waste products by Ben. But by golly this would be the last time. He simmered with rage as he let the water in the duckpond rinse away the vile clinging dog poo from his plastic body.
He then staggered to the Café‚ and reached Ben's pram just as Karen was preparing to depart. "Mummy look ! Mr Changeable !" giggled Ben and pointed at the damp doll. "Awww someone must have cleaned him up and brought him back sweetpea " said Karen and gingerly picked up Mr C. She sniffed him but did not detect any noxious vapours and tucked him back into the pram.
Mr Changeable decided that the best way to get back at Ben was via Karen's own toy. She doted on her girl doll Roxie, a peroxide blonde with improbably large hooters. Mr C had held a candle to Roxie for many years ( not literally of course because she would have melted ). He dreamed of a future with the sultry temptress in a playhouse of their own where they could raise little plastic babies.
Roxie had rejected all his advances. She set her sights much higher than a decommissioned soldier doll. He had not even been an officer. His tales of special forces operations in Iraq did not ring true. In fact they seemed uncannily similar to those related in Tango Four Zero, a trashy novel about commando operations behind enemy lines. When she had challenged the veracity of Mr C's war record he had heatedly defended himself but said that since he had signed the Official Secrets Act he could not provide her with further information.
Mr C decided that he would impress Roxie by carrying out a selfless act of heroism by saving Ben or Karen or both from mortal danger... but first of all he would have to steer them towards peril...

Roxie had first met Mr Changeable at a Charity Gala at his barracks in Sevenoaks. He had asked her to dance towards the end of the evening. Clearly he had been enjoying the free Chardonnay provided by the Officers' Mess. Nevertheless he was able to hold a fairly intelligible, if boring, conversation about the war in Iraq. Apparently he had blown up five scud launchers single handed and captured several of the wanted Ba'athists in the pack of cards. Roxie politely declined a second dance and said she had to return home to Karen. Mr Changeable said he had his armoured personnel carrier outside and would give her a lift. Just then the Colonel of the regiment stepped in and offered Roxie his arm. She gratefully accepted and let the blond warrior sweep her round the dancefloor to the strains of Tiger Feet by Mud.
"I hope that Sgt Changeable has not been too boring Miss ?" he said in a suave yet authoratative voice. Roxie felt a delicious wooziness in her plastic tummy. "No he was a perfect gentleman Colonel " "Please call me Rupert" he replied with a winning grin.
"I am Roxie... short for Roxanne" she replied.
"Are all of the soldiers in your regiment made of plastic ? Not that i mind or anything !" Roxie enquired mischievously. "Pretty much. We are proud to be the First Light Hasbro Dragoons... we are model soldiers in every sense of the word".
Roxie loved Rupert's sense of humour. As they danced on to the beat of Karma Chameleon she could feel his hard polymerised torso pressing urgently against hers.
She knew that the evening could only end one way...

Mr Changeable angrily recalled watching Roxie and the Colonel climbing into the Aston Martin Vantage Zagato.

The V8 engine proved to be a reliable and robust unit, and it was obvious to all concerned that there was ample scope for a significant increase in the power that it could deliver.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage was announced on 18th February 1977. Revised camshafts, air-box, larger inlet valves and carburettors, new inlet manifolds and different plugs, claimed to provide an increase in power of 40% and 10% more torque. The same ZF manual gearbox as in the V8 Saloon was standard equipment. This was enough to give a top speed of about 170 mph and acceleration from 0-60 mph in 5.2 secs.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS

The power increase meant that aerodynamic improvements had to be made. This included a spoiler on the tail, a deep spoiler under the nose and blanked off radiator (on most but not all), and blanked off bonnet air scoop. In common with the standard AMV8, the Vantage enjoyed similar evolutionary changes throughout its production life, including BBS wheels in 1983 and in 1986 the beautiful Ronal 16” wheel along with the 580 X Pack engine, the most powerful version developed for the production cars.

Announced in 1985 and launched for sale in 1986, the introduction of a limited edition Vantage Zagato renewed a partnership with the famous Italian coachbuilder. With striking aggressive styling, only 50 saloons and 37 Volante versions were produced. Most of the Volantes used the 585 series fuel injection engine.

SPECIFICATIONS

Engine: DOHC V8, 5340 cc, 380 bhp @ 6000 rpm

The throbbing V8 engine felt so good to Roxie... and so bad to Mr Changeable. He stormed out of the Mess and tore off his uniform. The next day he resigned from the regiment and bought a one-way ticket to Australia.
Of course he was not the first person to make a new life "down under"; Human habitation of the Australian continent is estimated to have begun between 42,000 and 48,000 years ago, possibly with the migration of people by land bridges and short sea-crossings from what is now South-East Asia. These first inhabitants may have been ancestors of modern Indigenous Australians. At the time of European settlement in the late 18th century, most Indigenous Australians were hunter-gatherers, with a complex oral culture and spiritual values based on reverence for the land and a belief in the Dreamtime. The Torres Strait Islanders, ethnically Melanesian, were originally horticulturalists and hunter-gatherers. The northern coasts and waters of Australia were visited sporadically by fishermen from Maritime Southeast Asia.
The first recorded European sighting of the Australian mainland, and the first recorded European landfall on the Australian continent, are attributed to the Dutch navigator Willem Janszoon. He sighted the coast of Cape York Peninsula in early 1606, and made landfall on 26 February at the Pennefather River near the modern town of Weipa on Cape York. The Dutch charted the whole of the western and northern coastlines and named the island continent "New Holland" during the 17th century, but made no attempt at settlement. William Dampier, an English explorer and privateer, landed on the north-west coast of New Holland in 1688 and again in 1699 on a return trip. In 1770, James Cook sailed along and mapped the east coast, which he named New South Wales and claimed for Great Britain. With the loss of its American colonies in 1780, the British Government sent a fleet of ships, the "First Fleet", under the command of Captain Arthur Phillip, to establish a new penal colony in New South Wales. A camp was set up and the flag raised at Sydney Cove, Port Jackson, on 26 January 1788, a date which became Australia's national day, Australia Day although the British Crown Colony of New South Wales was not formally promulgated until 7 February 1788. The first settlement led to the foundation of Sydney, the establishment of farming, industry and commerce; and the exploration and settlement of other regions.
Van Diemen's Land, now known as Tasmania, was settled in 1803 and became a separate colony in 1825.The United Kingdom formally claimed the western part of Western Australia (the Swan River Colony) in 1828. Separate colonies were carved from parts of New South Wales: South Australia in 1836, Victoria in 1851, and Queensland in 1859.The Northern Territory was founded in 1911 when it was excised from South Australia. South Australia was founded as a "free province"—it was never a penal colony. Victoria and Western Australia were also founded "free", but later accepted transported convicts.A campaign by the settlers of New South Wales led to the end of convict transportation to that colony; the last convict ship arrived in 1848.

Mr Changeable found the first few years in the former penal colony very difficult. He tried his hand at several trades including sheep shearing and lifeguarding but for personal reasons these did not bear fruit. Finally he spotted a gap in the busking market. He would dress up as an English Gentleman and play the bassoon ( or the English Didgeridoo as he called it ). Soon people would come to the little seaside town of Fish Creek in South Gippsland just to have their photo taken with the plastic entertainer, before moving on to see the famous Giant Mullet statue.
