does anyone know - can you switch from playing as a guest to having a user without losing your progress? I stupidly started the game without creating a user, just playing as a guest, which means i can't add anyone...? :L but i don't wanna risk losing my progress so far!

Yes, you can, I started out the same way, but was able to carry on with my established town once I created a username.

My game has stopped working! On the last day of Wacking Day as well! Bloody hell.

It showed the clip from the very beginning where the town blows up and leaves you with just Homer and an empty field, then after a couple of seconds it went to the "Cannot connect to server" screen. I haven't been able to get past that screen for two hours now.
