spanish to english translation

hi, can someone please help me with what this means:
'te empiezo a querer y mera yo'
and te empiezo a querer y me rayo doesn't make sense right...?

Yes, make sense "te empiezo a querer y me rayo"

Well the first part is easy, "I'm starting to love you".

The second part is a colloquial expression, "rayar" means "scratch"...

...but have another sense in colloquial language, widely used, a synonim in spanish can be "agobiar", in english maybe "overwhelm" is similar...

If you say "yo me rayo" (yourself), you say that you think too much about it with concern, you can't get it out of your head...

Otherwise, if you say "tú me rayas" o " me estas rayando" (another person"), means that you are annoying me, bothering me...
