Hey, what came up on the paper?

Magistrates- roles in criminal cases
Solicitors- training, education and work
Police powers- the rights of the police during detention and search
Bail
Track system
I think legal aid and cant remember the other one
Thought it was a really good exam. I did Juries + Lay magistrates, Solicitors, Police powers and Bail. Hoping for an A or a B. Now I have Criminal Law + Special Study in a few weeks time. The joy... :colone:

Yeah I need to get a B in the subject. So hoping for a good grade in this exam, thought it was a good paper overall. How about you?

What did you write for question 7 btw for the rights of the police?
Yeah same have you done sources?
anyone what was the question on police powers? was it the rights of the police?
Yeah it was rights of the defendant, not the police. OCR are quite funny with their wording sometimes like they phrased it as 'detained AND searched AND rights'
