Worth doing old spec past papers?

Is it beneficial to do old-spec past papers in preparation for exams (Bio, Chem and Phy) or would it be better to spend my time revising the material more?
If the old specification differs significantly to the current specification then no, if there have only been a few changes then there'd be no harm in attempting them, as they are often beneficial for exams anyway. Make sure to spend adequate time on reviewing the subject content.
Which exam board are you on for Bio/Chem/Physics?

Yh beneficial. I did so with my Economics, which now only has 4 units and used to have 6. Old spec MSQ in Edexcel tend to be more challenging, at least for me. It's a good revision.
