trig functions dy/dx rearranging fraction

2−3=−23\dfrac{2}{-3} = \dfrac{-2}{3} as you say but it also =−23= - \dfrac{2}{3}
Dx/dt = -10(sin t + sin 2t)
Dy/dt = 10(cos t + cos 2t)

Try dy/dx now ^^
