AQA- p3
(WJEC, mods)

Hahahahahaha that English exam was so god damn easy  :facepalm2: Extract questions were naturally easy, then two "Imagine you are <character>..." questions :mmm: No quotation required :awesome: I actually only did one of them, and used like two quotes in a question about the power of friendship in About a Boy

Critical Thinking was also enjoyable. EngLit and CritThink clashed so my friends and I got to hang out for 2 hours between them

And how did you do?

You can talk your way through English! English is your forte... :/

 Language is my forte, not English specifically, and only in use, not necessarily in analytical literature :mmm:

My friend, however, did mention that quotations weren't necessarily required (our teacher gave him an A* for a piece of work with a single quote). I've always used them to be safe, but I did find it a bit odd that quotes were explicitly required at GCSE but no higher than that (I'm pretty sure nobody uses quotation marks for every point they make at A Level/degree standard ). I figured that it was just a demeaning way of making it easy for what the exam board saw as morons, but I'm not actually sure it is required anymore

What did you do?
For the life of me I will never comprehend how the pencil I used for notation on the exam paper before I had written my answers flipped out of my hand into the back of the person in front of me?
