Make sure for any example you want to make of something you have a case to prove your point, obviously there will be times when the topic you're answering doesn't have an example or its not possible, but where you can use cases! If a question says "Using the source" make sure you do, it's their to help you, at least put in one line "A stated in source B the ..." easy way to get a few marks In the part B question- the evaluating one you need at least 3/4 well developed points to get into the top mark band! e.g The Legal Practise course is a very expensive (point). This is a disadvantage because it prevents able candidates from applying as they do not have the finances (Developed point). Consequently, if only wealthy candidates can apply, then the profession ends up recruiting a select type of people, that does not represent the general population they serve. (well developed point).
