Oh yeah, I messed up that question. Had a total mindblank.

Somebody enlighten us?

Integral of tan x is in the formula book?

Oh yeah, and did anyone else not know what inversely proportional meant? I completely forgot :frown::frown::frown::frown:

But it was tan2x?

Did that not make a difference? :s-smilie:

OMG! I've done 1/2lnsecx instead of lnsec2x. Now I'm depressed

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo! I just did lnsec2x, no 1/2.

*sobs*

I got 0,3 for something as well!

But for number 4 my y values were the same as each other (though I can't remember what it was)... another question down the drain.

I got the same y values too :s-smilie:

Yeah see this is what I thought, but I plotted the graph on an online plotter and there's only two. Why is this?

No there should be 3. I plotted it on a graphical calculator and there were 3.

Intergrate tanx and you get ln(secx) I just guessed tan2x would be ln(sec2x) then normal stuff from there
So whose making the hitler clip :P
Omdz how can my mind forget how to do intergration by parts .. made u=x^8 and it went AWOL lol (I know u=ln3x, but couldn't think) and forgot to half the base of the pyramid ting lol... Question 10 was a brain teaser but I got it after a while (x=0.1).. but how did people do part i) of 10.. That bamboozled me still
What did people get for the angle BAC or whatever it was?

At first I got 8. something, then I scribbled it out and had a three digit number with a 1 and 7 in it.

for question 8i) i got:
i)50r^0.5 = 9t + 105

anyone else get this or did i completely mess itup?

That's what I did, but apparently it's not right and I didn't think it could be right either because it was worth 5 marks :s-smilie:
