Don't think you needed conc.

But depending on the MS and how lenient OCR are this year I think you had to put HCl(aq) rather than HCl (could still be accepted though). Well done for getting that.

1 exam left! Just FP2... *cries inside*. I hope that Chemistry has gone ok... I've gone so paranoid, discovered 3 mistakes so far which would correspond to 5-6 marks lost, I've probably lost more!

I don't think the N2+ was replaced by the iodine. If you looked at the structure you'd see so. :/
It had an OH or something I think too.
I'm not sure, I'm probably wrong.
